We stopped to sample a fish from a streamside fish fry. That's Hill on the right.
We only got one fish for the four of us. Big mistake. It was the BEST!

Hi Sara and Tom, These last few blogs are amazing. You have seen parts of China that most people would never dream of. An amazing trip. It makes us want to go back to China and stay out of the big cities to discover the beauty and culture of the lesser known places. The photos are great but I'm sure they can't depict the half of it.
Thanks for doing this. What an education for me!
